The resort offers 300 air-conditioned guestrooms in eight buildings rising seven stories in two semi-circular rows on a hill. Decor includes pale-yellow walls, blue bedspreads, multi-colored drapes, honey-tone furniture, carpets in bedrooms, and marble floors in entries and bathrooms. Rooms feature balconies, refrigerators, and televisions with pay movies and video-game consoles. Rooms are reserved under one of the following plans: European Plan - Rate includes room accommodations only; no meals are included. All Inclusive Plan - Rate includes the following:

What to expect: Including casual open-air restaurants and bars as well as an air-conditioned candlelit restaurant and a spacious spa containing a couples massage room, the 31-acre resort attracts families looking for lots of activities and couples seeking relaxation and romance. Kids enjoy their own supervised club. Amenity highlights: Complimentary shuttles take guests from the lobby up and down the hillside to an adjacent beach. An expansive three-section freeform pool features a rock-grotto waterfall. Within the grotto are pool and Ping-Pong tables. An elevated weathered-wood bridge spanning the pool leads to a staircase rising to the hotel. Secluded on the pool's sundeck is a 16-person spa. The 75-yard-wide, 30-yard-deep beach offers lounge chairs and shade trees. Insider tip: The resort includes its own desalinization and wastewater treatment plants, with treated water stored in freshwater ponds that attract turtles, ducks, herons, egrets, and a colony of iguanas living in and around pondside mangroves.

The colonial-style main building features a yellow, three-story, marble-floor lobby, with a double wood-rail staircase leading to a second-floor gallery. One lobby shop sells gifts, snacks, and resortwear, and another jewelry. Three computers in the lobby provide high-speed Internet access (surcharge). Near the pool another computer furnishes complimentary e-mail access. A 10,000-square-foot health-and-beauty spa contains men's and women's saunas, steam rooms, and private sunning terraces furnished with cushioned lounge chairs and featuring six-person spas. The spa includes a relaxation lounge, boutique, and open-air treatment rooms and offers massage, body treatments, facials, hydrotherapy, and hair and nail care. (Surcharges apply.) Under a peaked wood ceiling, the health-and-beauty spa's spacious, second-floor fitness center (complimentary use) contains cardio and weight machines as well as free weights. Complimentary aerobics, step, and yoga classes (seasonally) are offered in a mirror-wall workout area. A supervised kids' club (complimentary for All Inclusive Plan guests) provides supervised activities for children age 5–12. Complimentary daily activities include fitness walks, beach volleyball, limbo contests, calypso dance lessons, karaoke, and kids' movies.

Use of snorkeling gear and windsurfers is complimentary for guests of All Inclusive Plan and European Plan. Jet Skiing and parasailing are available (surcharges). A dive center offers an introductory complimentary scuba-diving lesson to all guests and books wall, wreck, and reef dives (surcharges). Snorkeling excursions, day sails to St. John and the British Virgin Islands, and sunset sails are available 0.5 miles away (surcharge). All guests have complimentary use of four lighted hard-surface tennis courts, a full basketball court, and a jogging/fitness trail with exercise stations. The resort's health-and-beauty spa conducts complimentary aerobics, step, and water aerobics classes. (Complimentary yoga classes are available during the winter season.) Listed room rates apply to a maximum number of guests for each room category. Under the European Plan (no meals), a charge is levied for each extra guest age 18 and older. There are no extra-guest charges for children age 17 and younger occupying the same room as their parents or guardians. Under the All Inclusive Plan, children age 2 and younger stay free.
Rollaway beds and cribs (infant beds) are available (surcharges) and should be requested at the time of booking.
